- 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar

Steps for Fig Danishes
Wash the figs well, and slice them into rounds, not too thick, without removing the peel
Unroll the puff pastry onto a baking sheet, keeping the paper underneath, and divide it into 12 triangles. Place 1 or 2 fig rounds in the center of each. Brush the tips of the triangles with milk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 356°F in a static oven for about 15 minutes, or until golden. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
