And after the recipe for the Classic Mojito, we couldn’t miss the non-alcoholic version, dedicated to those who don’t drink alcohol and also to those who want to keep trying new cocktails. I must say that I really like this version, and on summer evenings, I prefer it to the classic version; perhaps because alcoholic drinks make me feel very hot and thirsty. Anyway, I recommend trying this delicious cold drink, it’s very refreshing!

Preparation NON-ALCOHOLIC MOJITO
Wash the mint leaves and place them in a glass (1); add the brown sugar and, using a pestle, crush them to release the mint aroma (2). Add the lime juice and crush again for a few moments (3).
Add some ice cubes or crushed ice to the glass (I use small cubes) (4) and finally fill the glass with tonic water and lemonade, in equal parts (5). Stir in a circular motion.
Garnish as desired with a sprig of mint or a slice of lime and serve immediately.
