Iced coffee with cream is a delight I often prepare for my guests, and I must say, it is always appreciated. Whether in the afternoon, chatting with friends, or at the end of dinner (I rarely invite people for lunch during the summer), it’s always a pleasant way to entertain guests. And if the dinner was particularly abundant, this iced coffee can serve as both coffee and dessert in one dish.

Ingredients for the Iced Coffee with Cream
- 6 coffee cups coffee
- 8 teaspoons sugar
- 2 coffee cups water (cold)
- 1.69 cups fresh cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- to taste unsweetened cocoa powder
Preparation ICED COFFEE WITH CREAM
Prepare the coffee using a moka pot or a coffee machine. Once the coffee is ready, sweeten it to taste (I add 8 teaspoons of sugar), stir until the sugar has dissolved, then add two cups of cold water and stir again.
Let the coffee cool, then pour it into a bottle and place it in the freezer for about an hour or more until it’s about 50% frozen.
Meanwhile, whip the cream with the powdered sugar (if you don’t have powdered sugar, feel free to use granulated sugar).
If the coffee isn’t ready yet, store the whipped cream in the refrigerator.
When the time is right, take the bottle with the coffee from the freezer and shake it vigorously until it forms a sort of “slush.” Make sure the bottle cap is tightly closed, because things can get messy! How do I know? Let’s just say I know from experience 😀 😀
Pour the coffee into 4 glasses, add the whipped cream, and garnish with a sprinkle of unsweetened cocoa powder.
Your iced coffee with cream is ready to be served. Enjoy!
Notes
If you need to prepare iced coffee with cream for many people, you can use an ice cream machine. In this case, after sweetening the coffee and adding the water, chill it in the fridge, then process it in the ice cream machine for a few minutes until it resembles a slush, but slightly more liquid.
