Notes
With the cooking times I’ve indicated, you’ll get artichokes that are cooked but slightly “crunchy”, a typical characteristic of grilled vegetables. If you prefer them more cooked, boil or grill them for a few more minutes.
You can substitute oregano with a bunch of chopped parsley.
You can replace lemon juice with a few tablespoons of white wine vinegar and the powdered garlic with a clove of minced garlic.
