  • First, soak 2 gelatin sheets in cold water, squeeze with your hands, and dissolve them in 4 tablespoons of very hot cream. Put everything in a bowl where we will add the rest of the cream and sugar. Whip it with the electric whisks, then incorporate the yogurt a little at a time, mixing from bottom to top with a spoon. Put in the freezer for half an hour

  • Soak and squeeze the remaining gelatin in a bowl. Cut the watermelon pulp into cubes, removing the seeds. Put it in the blender (if you are interested in the purchase click here) and turn it on at medium speed, until you get a puree; pass through the strainer. Heat 3 tablespoons in a saucepan, and dissolve the gelatin, stirring with a spoon, then add it to the puree

  • Take 3 glass jars and put some watermelon mixture in each, we will make 3 layers, red, white, red. Retrieve the cream from the freezer, and pour it over the watermelon mixture, finish with the watermelon. Store in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, until it has set. Before serving, distribute the chocolate chips on the surface of the jars, imitating watermelon seeds. Make sure the dessert is very cold
