Braised cauliflower should be served at room temperature, so plan to prepare it at least one hour before serving.
You can also serve the braised cauliflower the next day, and in my opinion, it tastes even better. In this case, store it in the fridge and take it out about 30 minutes before serving, letting it come to room temperature. Alternatively, you can warm it slightly in the microwave.
