Steps
Let’s prepare the filling. In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar using an electric mixer (if you want to buy it click here) until you get a thick and pale cream. Gradually add the Marsala, continuing to mix
Transfer the mixture to a small double boiler and cook the zabaglione over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Remove it from the double boiler, and continue stirring for a few more minutes, let it cool
Wash the strawberries, dry them, pat them with paper towels, and cut them into chunks
Roll out the pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and cut out an even number of discs, about 1.57 inches in diameter. On half of these discs, place a little zabaglione in the center and a piece of strawberry
Moisten the edges of the pastry with cold water and cover with another disc, pressing the edges to seal. Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for about 20 minutes. Transfer the treats to a cooling rack (if you need one, you can buy it here) and let them cool. Dust with powdered sugar before serving
