Oatmeal Porridge with Kiwi and Chocolate

The oatmeal porridge with kiwi and chocolate is a perfect sweet mix for a healthy and nutritious breakfast, a combination of perfect ingredients to start our day with the right boost and energy to better face the morning without getting too hungry for lunch.
It’s simple and quick to prepare besides being delicious and filling, you need: milk, oatmeal, a nice ripe kiwi, chocolate, dried fruits, and you can also add other seasonal fruits based on your tastes.
I chose the kiwi which is very rich in vitamin C and fibers, so it’s also a laxative, perfect for those with constipation problems!
It’s perfect for any season, it can be served hot in winter and cold in summer, if you like my proposal, all you have to do is try it. It’s an excellent healthy and light alternative to the “usual” croissant and cappuccino breakfast!
