Quick Strawberry and Banana Sorbet Recipe

Ingredients for Quick Strawberry and Banana Sorbet

  • 1 package strawberries (8.8 oz)
  • 2 bananas (ripe)
  • 100 g plain yogurt (3.5 oz)
  • 1 tablespoon condensed milk

  • Wash the strawberries, choose well-ripened ones, cut them into pieces, and place them in a freezer bag, lay them flat, and then insert them into the freezer.
    Choose two well-ripened bananas, cut them into small slices and also place these in a freezer bag, always laying them flat so they do not stick together.

  • Store the fruit in the fridge at least the day before or 5 hours before blending.
    Put the cut fruit into a food processor with blades, add the jar of yogurt and the tablespoon of condensed milk.

  • Turn on the processor and blend everything, give it a stir, and then blend again until it is nice and creamy. Finally, to taste, add pieces of fresh fruit and serve in cups garnished with a few mint leaves.

For the sorbet recipe, you can use either plain yogurt or fruit yogurt.
To taste, you can also add chocolate chips or pieces of fresh fruit.
The sorbet keeps in the freezer for several days and is consumed at room temperature.
