Steps for Nutella Puff Pastry Braid
Take a rectangular sheet of pastry, roll it well on its parchment paper. Spread Nutella over it with a spoon, leaving a 0.39 inch border all around
Then cover with hazelnut crumbs
Roll the pastry using the paper underneath. Place it in the fridge for about 15 minutes to firm up the dough, making it easier to cut
Cut the roll in half lengthwise with a very sharp knife. Then take one half and lay it over the other, as seen in the picture
Twist the two ends together and seal, as in the picture
Transfer the braid into a 10-inch loaf pan and brush with a bit of milk. Bake in a preheated fan oven at 356°F for about 20 minutes until golden, then lower to 302°F and leave in the oven for about 30 minutes so that the inside also cooks. Enjoy your meal
