Pork Chops Flavored with Mistichella are a very tasty and flavorful meat dish, an ideal recipe for when you’re in a hurry because it can be prepared in just a few minutes with a great result.
Just have a few slices of meat, a packet of dried herbs, and some cherry tomatoes in the fridge, and here are some simple and delicious pork chops to serve, nice and tender with a good sauce perfect for dipping!
To make this dish more appetizing, I used mistichella, which is a blend of dried aromatic herbs (Parsley, Basil, Savory, Mint, Lemon Zest) that enhance and add flavor to our dishes.
If you can’t find mistichella, you can always use other herbs to your taste, either fresh or dried.

Preparation for the Mistichella-flavored Pork Chops
To prepare this recipe, start by coating the pork slices in flour, thoroughly flouring them on both sides. Pour some oil into a skillet and lightly brown the garlic cloves.
Add the floured pork slices, sprinkle them with a little mistichella, and brown them well on both sides until they turn a nice golden color.
Add the white wine, let it evaporate completely. Also add the washed and chopped cherry tomatoes, let them brown well in the skillet with the meat, then add salt and stir. Turn the meat again, pour half a glass of water, and continue cooking.
Cook the pork chops for about 5-8 minutes, just enough time for the liquids to reduce, if necessary add another half tablespoon of flour and turn off the heat when a thick sauce is obtained.
At the end of cooking, place the chops along with the sauce on a serving dish and serve hot.For more pork recipes click here.
