BAKED CHICKEN BITES WITH VEGETABLES is a tasty, quick to prepare, and very flavorful dish. Preparation of chicken bites
Place the chicken bites in a marinade made of oil, garlic, and chopped rosemary. Let them sit in this seasoning for about 15 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the vegetables, wash, peel, and cut them into chunks. Place them in a baking pan with a bit of oil.
In a pan, cook the chicken bites with a little oil and 1/4 cup of white wine. Cook for about 15 minutes.
Once ready, remove them from the pan and coat them in breadcrumbs enriched with various herbs and spices.
Place the bites in the baking pan with the vegetables, pour over the remaining breadcrumbs, mix everything to evenly distribute the coating, add a bit of oil, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 30 minutes at 356°F (180°C), using the grill function in the last minutes.
