- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 5.3 oz dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 6.8 oz pure alcohol

Let’s begin the preparation
Let’s begin preparing the liqueur: pour the sugar and sifted unsweetened cocoa into a pot. Mix well with a whisk. Add the whole milk and fresh cream, mix well and place on the stove.
Bring to a boil, always stirring to dissolve the sugar, then turn off the stove.
Let it cool completely.
At this point, add the alcohol. Mix and finally, we are ready to bottle it, using a funnel, you will obtain 1.5 liters of liqueur. Let it rest for a few days and we are ready to taste it.
