Let’s start preparing the sautéed zucchini.
Wash and dry the zucchini, then remove the ends and cut them into chunks.
In a pan, sauté a whole clove of garlic with a little oil
Add the zucchini and stir carefully
Add the salt and the tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and cook.
The zucchini should remain crunchy and firm.
Place the zucchini on a serving plate and serve
You’ll see, they will be gone in a flash.
