- 1 puff pastry (round)
- 7.05 oz ricotta
- to taste apricot jam
- to taste powdered sugar

Steps
Let’s start preparing the
Let’s start preparing the brioche with ricotta and jam: take the puff pastry from the fridge and spread it out on the work table.
Pour the ricotta and spread it evenly over all the puff pastry.
Now add the jam in spoonfuls on top of the ricotta.
Roll up the puff pastry on itself and with a sharp knife cut the brioche.
Place the brioche inside a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them well apart. Bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F for about 15 minutes.
When they are puffed up and golden, take them out of the oven and let them cool on a rack, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
