ROMAN STYLE MINI PIZZAS, are easy to prepare and irresistible. Perfect for a snack, a house party…so easy to make and crunchy, one leads to another. They are made with very few ingredients and require a very short cooking time. They are delicious hot, warm, and even cold. You can freeze them to always have them available and thaw them when needed, even for a last-minute dinner. Just heat them in the oven for a few minutes and they will be like freshly made.
But now let’s go to the kitchen and I’ll show you how to prepare our beloved ROMAN STYLE MINI PIZZAS

Ingredients
LET’S SEE TOGETHER WHAT WE NEED TO PREPARE
- 4 cups flour (12% protein)
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 0.35 oz fresh yeast
- 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp salt
- to taste oregano
- to taste tomato pulp
- to taste salt
- to taste extra virgin olive oil

Let’s start preparing the mini pizzas, pour the flour into a bowl with the yeast and mix well.
Now gradually pour in the water and knead with a spoon. Add more water when the first is absorbed, leaving a little for the end.
Add extra virgin olive oil and continue kneading, add the salt and the remaining water.
Work the dough on a floured work surface and form a smooth dough ball.
Place the dough in a bowl, cover it and let it rise for 1 hour at room temperature. After 1 hour, form the balls. Let them rest for about 10 minutes covering them with a cloth.
Roll out each ball into a thin mini pizza and place them on an oiled baking tray. Top with plenty of tomato sauce, even on the edges, add extra virgin olive oil, salt, and oregano.
Bake in a preheated oven at 482°F for 10-12 minutes.
