- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast for savory preparations
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 red onion
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 10 yellow cherry tomatoes
- 3 oz ricotta
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- to taste salt
- to taste extra virgin olive oil

Let’s start preparing the
Let’s start preparing the dough for the savory tart: in a bowl pour the flour, salt, yeast, extra virgin olive oil, and water.
Start working the ingredients with a spoon. Work the ingredients until they are mixed, then transfer the dough onto a lightly floured board. Continue working the dough with your hands until you obtain a soft, homogeneous, and smooth dough.
Roll out the dough without letting it rest, directly on parchment paper to obtain a disk of 11-12 inches.
Spread the ricotta on the bottom leaving 3/4 inch of border free, sprinkle the grated parmesan and lay the washed and thinly sliced vegetables. Season with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and salt.
Fold the edges inward.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 392°F for 20 minutes.
