Ingredients for Mandarin Lemon and Currant Infusion
- 2 cups cups water
- 2 mandarins
- 1/2 lemon
- 2.8 oz oz red currants
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 cinnamon stick
- to taste honey

Slice the mandarins and half lemon thinly.
