Today we are preparing a fantastic orange, cinnamon, and honey tea: a delicious infusion, pleasantly aromatic and to be enjoyed both hot and cold.
Do you want a drink that warms you up on cold days, wakes you up harmoniously in the morning, and relaxes you in the evening? Try a cup of this tea, perfect for any time of the day and rich in beneficial properties. The cinnamon gives a naturally sweet and spicy flavor, while the orange adds a light citrus note that refreshes the palate. The honey, in turn, naturally sweetens the drink and provides a pleasant sweet taste.
Besides its fantastic flavor, this infusion also offers a range of health benefits. Cinnamon is known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, while orange is rich in vitamin C, which boosts the immune system. Finally, honey has antibacterial properties and can help soothe a sore throat.
Take a moment to relax and enjoy a refreshing cup of tea with cinnamon, orange, and honey. This infusion will not only delight you but will also give you a touch of well-being.
Last but not least, it is extremely easy to prepare and requires very few, all-natural ingredients. Use the orange peels, without the bitter white skin, their juice, cinnamon sticks, and honey. Boil everything with water and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Ingredients for Orange, Cinnamon, and Honey Tea
- 2 oranges
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 4 teaspoons honey
- 2.1 cups water
Preparation of Orange, Cinnamon, and Honey Tea
Wash the oranges very well (you can add a teaspoon of baking soda to the water) and peel the skin, being careful not to touch the white part.
Cut the oranges in half and squeeze out the juice, which you will then need to strain with a sieve.
In a small pot, pour the water and the orange juice. Also add their peel and the cinnamon sticks.
Bring to a boil and continue to cook for another 5 minutes.
Then remove from heat and let the tea rest for 5 minutes.
Finally, remove the orange peel and cinnamon sticks; sweeten with honey.
Serve the infusion with orange, cinnamon, and honey both hot and cold.
Storage of Orange, Cinnamon, and Honey Tea
You can store the tea in a pitcher, at room temperature, for a couple of days.
Can I prepare the tea in advance?
