Ingredients for Chocolates with Mixed Nuts
- 3.5 oz milk chocolate
- 3.5 oz white chocolate
- 1.1 oz raisins
- 0.7 oz unsalted pistachios
- 1.1 oz almonds
- 1.1 oz dried cranberries
- 0.4 oz sugar decorations
Preparation of Chocolates with Mixed Nuts
Let the raisins soften in a bowl with warm water for 30 minutes. Then squeeze them and dry well.
Chop the milk chocolate and white chocolate into two separate bowls and melt them in a double boiler.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and distribute the melted chocolate with a spoon to form discs.
Then, decorate with mixed nuts and sugar decorations.
Let the chocolates rest at room temperature until they set (it will take 60 to 90 minutes).
When ready, package your sweets in a beautiful box lined with tissue paper.
