SOFT CHOCOLATE CAKE, is a very simple dessert to prepare, super soft and delicious. A quick dessert that takes 5 minutes to mix and then straight into the oven, baking time and you’ll have a wonderful chocolate cake among the softest and tastiest. The soft cake is perfect to prepare when we have little time but do not want to miss enjoying a magnificent cake in the morning for breakfast or as a snack, but also for a delicious end to a meal.

Ingredients

LET’S SEE WHAT WE NEED TO PREPARE

  • 7 oz sugar
  • 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 cups potato starch
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 container yogurt (125 g vanilla-flavored)
  • 2/3 cup corn oil
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 packet vanillin

Tools

  • 1 Pan
  • 1 Electric Whisk
  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Spatula

Steps

Let’s start preparing the

  • With the electric whisk, beat the eggs with the sugar

    While mixing, add the oil, vanillin, and yogurt.

    Sift the flour with the starch, cocoa, and baking powder and add it to the egg mixture by hand using a spatula.

    As soon as the batter is smooth, pour it into the greased or parchment-lined pan.

  • Bake at 340°F for about 35-40 minutes, check with a toothpick.

    If it is done, the toothpick should come out dry; otherwise, continue baking for a few more minutes.

    Let the soft chocolate cake cool, put it on a tray, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
