Salmon and Yogurt Canapés

The salmon and yogurt canapés can be served either as finger food appetizers or to enrich our buffets and aperitifs. They are truly fantastic, eye-catching, delicious, very easy, and quick. The base of these exquisite canapés is prepared with thick Greek yogurt and spices, for a rich and aromatic cream that pairs well with the aroma and flavor of smoked salmon; if, however, you prefer a more fluid sauce, you can use plain white yogurt.
