- 1 cup cup ricotta cheese (I use sheep's milk)
- 1 1/4 cup cup granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 packet baking powder
- 7 tbsps tbsps butter
- 2/3 cup cup all-purpose flour

Steps
In a bowl, combine the ricotta cheese and sugar and beat with an electric mixer until creamy.
Add the eggs and beat with the mixer for a couple of minutes.

Finally, add the cooled melted butter and beat for a couple of minutes.
Pour the mixture into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper and bake for about 30 minutes at 356°F.
