Ingredients for Christmas Reindeer Focaccias
- 1 roll pizza dough (Ready focaccia base)
- 8 black olives
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 8 pretzels
- 1 pinch salt
- as needed extra virgin olive oil
- as needed water
Preparation of Christmas Reindeer Focaccias
Roll out the focaccia base and divide it into eight wedges. Prick each piece with the tines of a fork and brush them with a mixture of olive oil and water (2 tablespoons of oil and 1 tablespoon of water).
Now salt the surface of the focaccia wedges and transfer them to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Pit the black olives and cut them in half. Also, divide the cherry tomatoes.
Then, distribute 2 olive halves at the top of each wedge and half of a cherry tomato in the center.
Bake the focaccias in a preheated oven at 392°F (200°C), for 10 minutes if using a fan oven or 15 minutes in a static oven.
After the cooking time, remove the focaccias from the oven and finish with the pretzels. Split them in half and place them on both ends of each focaccia.
