You’ll need good espresso coffee, equally good whiskey cream, ice cream (I chose vanilla, but you can opt for other flavors like custard, coffee, chocolate, or stracciatella), milk, and ice. It’s all blended for just a few minutes, and voilà, the drink is ready! Finish it off with some cocoa powder, dark chocolate flakes, and almonds for decoration.

Ingredients for Cold Coffee and Whiskey Cream Beverage
- 1 cup coffee
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 shot whiskey cream
- 6 tablespoons vanilla ice cream
- 3.4 oz partially skimmed milk
- 7 ice cubes ice
- to taste unsweetened cocoa powder
- to taste dark chocolate
- to taste sliced almonds (optional)
Preparation of Cold Coffee and Whiskey Cream Beverage
Pour the cup of coffee, previously sweetened with 2 teaspoons of sugar, into the blender. Add the whiskey cream, vanilla ice cream, milk, and ice cubes.
Blend everything until you get a foamy mixture.
Place a teaspoon of dark chocolate flakes at the bottom of 4 glasses and pour the drink. Then, decorate with some unsweetened cocoa, a few chocolate flakes, and some almonds.
