Ingredients
- 3/4 cup rice flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 3/4 tbsp milk (Room temperature)
- 2 3/4 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 grated lemon zest
- 1 apple
- as needed powdered sugar

Steps
In a bowl, pour the sugar with the flour, add an egg and start mixing.
Add the milk and oil, mix everything with a whisk. Add the grated lemon zest and finally the half packet of baking powder.
Grease and flour the molds. Fill them with the mixture.
Slice the apple, season the apple with powdered sugar and a bit of cinnamon.
Place the slices on the molds.
Cook in an air fryer for about 20 minutes at 320°F
Remove from oven and sprinkle the muffins with powdered sugar.
