DETOX ARTICHOKE DIGESTIVE AND PURIFYING TEA
If after a night of excesses you feel that annoying bloating and heaviness, the DETOX ARTICHOKE TEA is the right solution for you.
In fact, the artichoke is a vegetable rich in iron and vitamins known for its digestive, detoxifying, and purifying power. If you add to this other ingredients like lemon, rosemary, and bay leaves, you’ll prepare a Beverage that is a true boon for the body.
The Detox artichoke tea is DIGESTIVE and PURIFYING and is prepared with the stalks and the harder outer leaves of artichokes, making it also an anti-waste idea to use the scraps of this precious and beneficial vegetable.
Making the DETOX ARTICHOKE TEA at home is very simple: just put the ARTICHOKE scraps (stalks and outer leaves) in a pot with water, bay leaves, rosemary, and lemon, bring to a boil and cook for about 5 minutes. Then you just have to let it infuse until it completely cools down and strain it with a fine sieve.
You can decide whether to sip it hot, warm, or cold at the end of meals or throughout the day.
To enhance the beneficial effects of the DETOX ARTICHOKE TEA, you can add fennel seeds, useful for fighting bloating.
Once ready, you can also choose to sweeten the tea with honey, sugar, or, even better, erythritol, a natural low-glycemic sweetener.
You can pour the artichoke tea into a glass bottle and sip it throughout the day: excellent both hot and cold.
