Ingredients

  • 2 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 10 datterino cherry tomatoes (or cherry tomatoes of choice)
  • 1 nectarine peach
  • 9 oz burrata stracciatella
  • to taste fresh basil
  • 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste balsamic glaze

Steps

  • Wash the tomatoes and cherry tomatoes and slice them. Wash the peach and cut it into thin wedges. Arrange the tomatoes in an outer circle on a serving plate and the peaches inside, also in a circle. Season with olive oil and salt, then add the burrata stracciatella in the center. Finish with chopped basil and balsamic glaze.
