Steps
Check that the sea bream fillets do not have any bones and remove them with tweezers if necessary. Arrange the sea bream fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Mix the breadcrumbs with the spices and herbs. Season the sea bream fillets with salt, a grind of pepper, and a drizzle of oil, then sprinkle them with the flavored bread. Bake in the oven at 400°F for about fifteen minutes. Serve the sea bream fillets piping hot.
