Ingredients for Honey Peaches with Crumble
- 5 yellow peaches
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Preparation of Honey Peaches with Crumble
Wash the peaches, pat them dry with kitchen paper, and cut them into pieces without peeling them.
Transfer them to a bowl, add the lemon juice, honey, and mix gently. Let the peaches rest while you prepare the crumble.
Place all ingredients in a mixer and blend until you get a coarse powder.
Transfer it onto a baking tray lined with baking paper, spreading it evenly, and quickly mix it with your fingers.
Then, bake it in a preheated static oven at 375°F for about 15 minutes, stirring it halfway through. Since every oven bakes differently, I recommend keeping an eye on the crumble after the first 10 minutes to prevent it from burning.
