Notes

To add more flavor, include a handful of dried mushrooms rehydrated in water, or use fresh or frozen porcini mushrooms.

Optionally, you can add some chopped parsley at the end.

If not consumed immediately, once cooled, it should be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
