Ingredients
- 12.35 oz chocolate
- 10.58 tbsp butter
- 0.33 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 0.52 cup all-purpose flour
- pinches salt
- as needed powdered sugar
- as needed chocolate decorations
- 1 packet baking powder

Preparation
The recipe requires little time, so start by preheating the oven to 320°F so when you’re done it will have reached the desired temperature.
First, melt the chocolate with the butter in a saucepan, stirring occasionally.
Transfer to a bowl and add the eggs, one at a time, incorporating them with the whisk, and the sugar.
Add the sifted flour and a pinch of salt, then mix until the ingredients are well combined.
Transfer the mixture into the greased and floured cake tin or, if you prefer, lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a static oven for about 25 minutes.
Once ready, let it cool completely, then decorate with powdered sugar and, if desired, with mixed chocolate decorations.

1. Put the chocolate pieces (12.35 oz) in the bowl and chop: 5 sec. speed 7_ then gather on the bottom with the spatula;
2. Add the butter (10.58 tbsp) and melt: 5 min./140°F/speed 2.
3. Add the eggs (3), sugar (0.33 cup), flour (0.52 cup), and salt, and mix: 20 sec./speed 4.
4. Add the packet of baking powder and mix again 20 sec./speed 4
5. Transfer to the cake tin and bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.
6. Let it cool in the oven, then decorate with powdered sugar and chocolate pieces.
