Chocolate Tenerina Cake without Yeast in 10 Minutes!!!

Want to make a delicious cake in 10 minutes? Here it is!! The Chocolate Tenerina Cake.

With this cake, you can never go wrong. If you need to prepare a dessert and you’re short on time, this is perfect. It’s chocolatey, yeast-free, and super delicious!

I almost forgot, you can choose the chocolate (dark, white, milk, or a mix).

Ingredients

  • 7 oz chocolate
  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • to taste salt
  • powdered sugar
  • dark chocolate chips

Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 320 degrees Fahrenheit and line a 10-inch springform pan with parchment paper.

    Break the chocolate into pieces and place it in a saucepan. Add the butter and sugar, then melt using a double boiler.

    In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt. Add the melted chocolate and finally the flour. Whisk until all the ingredients are well combined.

  • Pour the prepared mixture into the springform pan lined with parchment paper, and when the oven reaches 320 degrees Fahrenheit, place in the middle rack.

    Bake for 30 minutes, then turn off the oven and let the Tenerina Cake rest for a few minutes inside.

    Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the pan before removing.

  • Once cooled, transfer to a plate and decorate with powdered sugar and, if desired, add some chocolate chips.

    Now it’s time to eat it! It will be gone in no time!!!

    1. Place the chocolate, butter, and sugar in the bowl: 5 minutes/140°F/speed 2

    2. Add the eggs, flour, and salt: 20 sec./speed 4
