Ingredients
- 14 oz Cookies
- 5 oz Butter
- 3 Bananas
- 7 oz Ricotta
- 1 container Yogurt (vanilla)
- Chocolate Chips
Preparation
First, let’s prepare the base. I usually use these cream cookies… I like the texture it gives to the crumble cake.
Pass the cookies through the mixer.
Melt the butter and mix it with the crushed cookies.
At this point, mix with a fork.
Now we can prepare the base for the crumble cake. Line a 9.5-inch pan and cover the bottom with 2/3 of the crushed cookies, forming a light edge on the sides. Let it rest in the fridge while we prepare the banana cream.
Put the ricotta and yogurt in the mixer. Gradually add the bananas. Once you reach a creamy consistency, pour the cream into a bowl and add the chocolate chips.
Pour the cream over the cake base.
Cover the surface of the cake with the remaining crushed cookies, crumbling them little by little until the entire surface of the crumble cake is covered.
Once the cookies are finished, put the cake in the fridge to rest for at least a couple of hours.
