Hi! Today we are making dark chocolate waffle salami together. It’s a very easy and quick dessert to prepare. Ideal for a snack or to accompany coffee.
It’s a tasty version of salami made using waffles instead of cookies and dark chocolate.

Ingredients
- 7 oz 70% dark chocolate
- 7 oz waffle
- 0.5 cup milk
- powdered sugar

- Parchment paper
- Food bag
- Small pots
Steps
Melt the dark chocolate with the milk in a double boiler.
Place the waffles in a food bag and crush them with a rolling pin or even just the bottom of a glass, leaving some larger pieces.
Pour the waffles into a bowl and then add the melted dark chocolate.
Combine the ingredients well and then transfer the mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper. Shape into a cylinder.
Seal the ends and refrigerate for about a couple of hours.
Once chilled, dust the entire surface with powdered sugar.
Slice the dark chocolate waffle salami and enjoy it with whomever you like 😉
