Dark Chocolate Waffle Salami

Hi! Today we are making dark chocolate waffle salami together. It’s a very easy and quick dessert to prepare. Ideal for a snack or to accompany coffee.

It’s a tasty version of salami made using waffles instead of cookies and dark chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 7 oz 70% dark chocolate
  • 7 oz waffle
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • powdered sugar

Tools

  • Parchment paper
  • Food bag
  • Small pots

Steps

  • Melt the dark chocolate with the milk in a double boiler.

  • Place the waffles in a food bag and crush them with a rolling pin or even just the bottom of a glass, leaving some larger pieces.

  • Pour the waffles into a bowl and then add the melted dark chocolate.

  • Combine the ingredients well and then transfer the mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper. Shape into a cylinder.

  • Seal the ends and refrigerate for about a couple of hours.

  • Once chilled, dust the entire surface with powdered sugar.
