Uncle Bob’s Rolls

Today I’m introducing Uncle Bob’s rolls. These are veal rolls with prosciutto, sage, and cheese cooked in a pan with butter, a drop of oil (as he says), and milk. They are tender and very tasty! During cooking, the cheese melts and forms a delicious cream! You just have to try 😉

  • 5 oz oz Cheese (stretching curd)
  • to taste Sage
  • 5 tbsps tbsp Butter

Preparation

  • The preparation of Uncle Bob’s rolls is very simple. Lay out the thin veal slices and cover them with a slice of prosciutto, cheese, and a sage leaf. The amount of cheese is approximately half. You can use a stretching curd cheese like Galbanino or simply slices of processed cheese (in the absence of anything else, I have also tried these, and they turned out very good and tasty).
