  • Transfer the iced tea to a pitcher or the chosen storage bottle and put it in the refrigerator until it reaches the ideal temperature and until the moment of serving.

  • Wash the lemon thoroughly (remember to choose a fruit with an edible or consumable peel). Slice it into thin slices with a very sharp chef’s knife.

In the iced tea, the raspberries can be replaced with another berry or a mix of them. If you can’t find the desired raspberries or berries already frozen, I recommend buying them fresh and putting them in the freezer for a few hours before using them in the recipe: it won’t be exactly the same, as freezing and refrigerating are two methods that mainly differ because the first occurs in an industrial and controlled way and the second, domestically, but the result will still be excellent!
