Christmas savory wreath with salmon, now I’ll explain why I feel the need. 🙂
Because I thought it would be nice to have a centerpiece that is easy to prepare and share with my guests.
As you know, I create recipes that are tasty but especially “no hassle,” if during this period the famous or rather “notorious” questions pop into your mind: “What should I prepare?”, “I have no ideas”, “I’ll never manage to prepare it”, “That recipe I saw is beautiful, but has a list of ingredients that’s too long”, “I would like to have the time to let it rise for 24 hours, but I also work on Christmas Eve”.
Well, if one of these phrases sounds familiar and, like me, you’ve decided that Christmas is a time to spend with the people you love and can’t see as often as you’d like, then this recipe of mine is for you.
I will use a ready-made pizza dough roll, but if you have time, you can replace it with a leavened pizza dough.
If you don’t like salmon you can replace it with cooked ham, it will certainly be a great substitute.
A vegetarian version? As a good Genoese, I would use pesto to replace the salmon.
Will you prepare this recipe? Or one of those I have included in the section “Simple and quick Christmas recipes“?
