- 2 apples (320 grams)
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (about 80 grams)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon crushed hazelnuts (optional)

Steps for Preparing the Flourless and Sugar-free Brownies
Wash and peel the apples.

ONLY if you decide to cook in a traditional oven, cover the batter with foil.
