I made them Sunday morning along with some bagels that will make you ‘howl’ (recipe coming soon), when we wake up late, we often prefer to replace breakfast with brunch, do you ever do that too?

Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana

Tools
I’d like to point out this pan from Ballarini, I love it.
It has a green dot (Thermopoint) that changes color to red when the pan reaches the ideal temperature, so you can cook your pancakes perfectly, I think it’s amazing!
- 1 Pan
Steps
Mash the banana in a bowl.
Add the eggs and mix the eggs and bananas very well.
Heat a non-stick pan, if you use mine with the Thermopoint system, you won’t have a problem reaching the perfect temperature.
Pour the mixture with a ladle and cover with a lid, flip, and also cook the second side.
You can serve the pancakes with honey, blueberries, and/or raspberries.
