Gluten-Free Chickpea and Corn Sticks

Having a friend over for dinner who is gluten intolerant, vegetarian, and vegan? No panic, here is the right appetizer, my gluten-free chickpea and corn sticks baked in the oven.

Joking aside, I’ve been making them for years, and everyone loves them, even kids go crazy for them because they look like French fries and instead are a healthy alternative to traditional snacks, and moms thank me.

They are perfect for aperitifs because with their golden, crispy, and slightly salty surface, they win over everyone at the first bite.

Baking instead of frying significantly reduces fat content while keeping the flavor intact.

I baked them, but if you have an air fryer, you can use it to save energy and time.

Francy’s Tip: to save time, don’t let the mixture cool to cut it into sticks. Roll it out, bake it, and cut it only after baking, saving more than half an hour.

So, enough talking, let’s prepare these Gluten-Free Chickpea and Corn Sticks together, oh my, they are so good!
