- 4 eggs
- 1.5 cups Greek yogurt 0% fat
- 5 tablespoons corn starch (about 3.5 oz or potato starch)
- 4 tablespoons chocolate chips (about 2 oz)

To prepare this cheesecake, I used this 8-inch cake pan, with drip-proof bottom, which prevents any leakage of batter from the mold and can also be used in an air fryer.

Steps: light cheesecake with only four ingredients
Light cheesecake with only four ingredients with chocolate chips to be served cold.
In a bowl, pour the four whole eggs and beat.
Add the Greek yogurt and mix.
Add five tablespoons of corn starch, about 3.5 oz, and continue mixing.
Finally, add four tablespoons of chocolate chips (about 2 oz). If desired, you can also add two tablespoons of sugar.
Pour into a greased and floured cake pan and bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F for 50 minutes. Do the toothpick test to ensure the cake is fully cooked.
Let cool completely and serve at room temperature.
