- 10.5 oz cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- 6 leaves basil
- to taste extra virgin olive oil

Wash, dry, and cut the cherry tomatoes in half
In a pan with a drizzle of oil, add a clove of garlic and then the cherry tomatoes, finally a few basil leaves.
Cook for about 20 minutes.
Transfer the cooked cherry tomatoes to a tall container to avoid splashes.
Blend with an immersion blender, if you don’t like it, you can remove the garlic.
To obtain the tomato cream, use a sieve or like me, a fine mesh colander.
Transfer the tomato cream to a pan. Meanwhile, cook the pasta.
Drain the pasta al dente and add it to the pan, finish cooking.
Toss with two tablespoons of Parmesan.
Serve hot, garnished with a few basil leaves.
