Salad with Salmon Burger

I really like this dish because it contains the salmon burger that I love, the rocket salad whose bitter taste contrasts with the sweetness of the mango, and it’s so colorful that it makes me want to devour it 🙂

These Salmon burgers are an easy, healthy lunch or dinner.
Flakey salmon combines with fresh dill, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
Dijon Mustard is my favorite because it is made without added sugar, and the ingredients list is short.

Ingredients for the Dish

Salmon burgers can also be found in the refrigerated section of the supermarket, if you want to make life easier buy it, otherwise prepare it like this:

  • 5 oz salmon (salmon)
  • 1 tbsp soft mustard (Dijon mustard)
  • 2 pinches dill (fresh dill)
  • to taste pepper (black pepper)
  • to taste lemon (lemon juice)
  • 3/4 cup rocket salad (rocket salad)
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate (pomegranate)
  • 1 cup mango
  • 3.5 oz datterino tomatoes (datterino tomatoes)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 slice toasted bread (toasted bread)
  • to taste balsamic vinegar (balsamic vinegar of Modena)

Steps for Preparing the Burger (Method):

Remove the skin from the salmon and finely chop it with a sharp knife, add the mustard that will act as a glue, the dill, the pepper, the lemon juice and mix well. Place a round pastry ring on a sheet of parchment paper and pour the salmon into it, when it is nice and compact, remove the burger from the mold and let it rest in the refrigerator for about ten minutes.

Cook it in a pan with a drizzle of oil.
