Ingredients for making the Salmon Sandwich – Christmas, I Do Not Fear You

You will need:

  • 1 slice sandwich bread
  • 2.47 oz smoked salmon
  • 2.12 oz cream cheese
  • to taste chopped pistachios

  • 1 Pastry Board
  • 1 Plastic Wrap
  • 1 Knife

Steps

This sandwich requires few ingredients and few steps

  • Place a slice of sandwich bread on the pastry board and use the rolling pin to make it thinner.

    Spread the slice with cheese, I used Philadelphia.

    Finally, lay the salmon slices on the bread.

  • After rolling up the sandwich, wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest in the freezer for about 20 minutes.

    Take it out of the freezer and spread a little more cheese on one side, roll it over the chopped pistachios, and cut.
