  • Brush a sheet of phyllo dough with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and proceed in this way for three sheets, overlapping them to create three layers.

  • Cut the sheet formed by the three layers of phyllo dough into strips about 0.39 inches wide. I recommend covering the strips with a damp towel because they tend to dry out quickly.

  • Wrap the shrimp with the phyllo dough strip, slightly overlapping it.

  • Place the shrimp in the basket of the air fryer.

  • Cook for 6 minutes at 356°F with high air speed.
