Steps: Shrimp Rolls in Phyllo Dough Cooked in Air Fryer
Shrimp rolls in phyllo dough cooked in air fryer
Brush a sheet of phyllo dough with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and proceed in this way for three sheets, overlapping them to create three layers.
Cut the sheet formed by the three layers of phyllo dough into strips about 0.39 inches wide. I recommend covering the strips with a damp towel because they tend to dry out quickly.
Wrap the shrimp with the phyllo dough strip, slightly overlapping it.
Place the shrimp in the basket of the air fryer.
Cook for 6 minutes at 356°F with high air speed.
Serve warm and Happy New Year!
