- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp instant yeast
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 tbsp butter (can be substituted with oil)

Steps: Soft Flatbreads on the Stove
These flatbreads are ideal for scooping up sauce or to be filled with vegetables, cold cuts, and cheeses.
In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast.
Add the yogurt, gradually pour in the milk, and add the butter (or oil).
Knead until you get a dough ball, divide it into six parts, and let it rise for about half an hour, covered with plastic wrap.
Roll out with the help of a rolling pin, but be careful because to get a soft flatbread, you should not roll it too thin. Cook in a hot pan for a few minutes on each side.
If desired, brush them with oil/butter and parsley (optional).
