Taragna Polenta Chips: The snack with an extra kick.
You can also make the chips with cornmeal polenta; the process is the same.
With this recipe, you’ll get a chip with a rich and rustic flavor, perfect as an appetizer or a side to meat dishes.
Taragna polenta chips can be enhanced with spices like rosemary or black pepper for an extra touch of flavor, making them a great alternative to classic French fries.

Taragna Polenta Chips: The snack with an extra kick.
Prepare the polenta as indicated in your package instructions.
Immediately spread it on a parchment paper sheet, without letting it cool.
Cover the polenta with another sheet of parchment paper and, with the help of a rolling pin, roll it out as thin as possible.
With the help of a pizza cutter or a knife, cut the polenta into squares.
I cooked part of the chips in an air fryer at 392°F for about 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
While I baked the rest of the chips in the oven on my perforated baking tray covered with parchment paper.
Bake in the oven at 356°F for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through or until fully golden.
You can serve the chips with mayonnaise, but for me, they’re also delicious just plain.
