Tomorrow is Monday and another workweek begins, let’s console ourselves with a super lunchbox that will give you the right energy to tackle the start of the week.
- Cost: Economical
- Preparation time: 5 Minutes
- Portions: 2
- Cooking methods: Stovetop
- Cuisine: Italian
Ingredients for Preparing the Lunchbox
These are the ingredients to prepare the lunchbox for two people, of course this recipe is also great for a family dinner.
- 0.35 oz sweet pancetta (cut into super thin slices)
- 1/4 green bell pepper (cut into thin slices)
- 1/3 cup Arborio rice
- 1/4 cup red rice
- 4 plum tomatoes
- 10 leaves basil
Among the tools to use and that, as you know, I recommend because I use them are:
a porcelain bowl, shiny and scratch-resistant. The porcelain is lead-free and non-toxic for health. It can be placed in the microwave, oven, freezer, and is dishwasher safe;
the lunchbox that can be placed in the microwave (container) if you don’t have a microwave you might buy this electric food warmer (set);
the oil bottle that allows you to dose the oil best, this one I recommend is nice because you can buy the oil and vinegar sprayer;
the bowls where you can eat soups, salads, and the whole red rice, you can use them in the microwave and dishwasher.
- 1 Container Lunchbox
- 4 Bowls
- 1 Oil Sprayer
- 1 Set Food Warmer
Steps for Preparing the Super Lunchbox
First, place the quartered tomatoes, thin pepper slices, and pancetta slices in a small pan and let them brown.
Cook the rice in plenty of salted water, drain it, and add it to the pan ingredients, also add the basil leaves for flavor.
Taste it and let me know what you think in the comments.
Oh, I almost forgot, have a great Monday.
