Air Fryer Lasagna Triangles

The Air Fryer Lasagna Triangles are a delightful treat, crispy and cheesy, very easy to prepare and cook in just a few minutes. This single-serving version makes them suitable for a buffet as well as for any other occasion.

These Lasagna triangles are without béchamel, replaced by a robiola cream that is prepared in 2 minutes by simply mixing it in a bowl with some milk and enriched with parmesan, salt, and pepper. No need for pots and whisks. For the filling, I chose cooked ham, sliced provola cheese, and diced primo sale cheese, which can be replaced with other cold cuts, cheeses, or vegetables. For this recipe, I used thin fresh lasagna sheets, which do not require pre-cooking in boiling water and can be filled immediately.

With lasagna, you can create not only the classic ragù version but also many original preparations such as Zucchini Blossoms, Cherry Tomatoes, and Ricotta Lasagna Cupcakes and Air Fryer Lasagna Bundles, perfect for special occasions and surprising your guests.
